Well here's my vision of a great Soldat world.

You will see more and more spacialists, like Deagles experts and Ruger masters that will be so good with that weapon that they will have a reputation (Outcast for his M79 skills before is a good example).

Guilds will be made , imagin an M79 guild :) that will except only good m79ers and will play among themeselfs to get better.

Imagin a Beginers Guild! where new comers could join and start practicing and learn to ways of Soldat.

Imagin HUGE leagues with alot of expirienced admins who will use their stature to make sure the league is civilized and encourages sportsmenship!

Imagine a 1 league that will be the top of Soldat :) and inorder to get in it you have to go through some Sub leagues and win your way up.

Imagin having real prizes that will actually help the clans who get it.
Imagin a Hall of Fame in soldat.pl where you can win your way into getting your name up there forever.

Imagin a world of Soldat where ppl who curse and behave ugly to others are rejected and dissmised!

Imagin a world where years of practicing actually matter! where team work is encourged and effects the game greatly.
Imagin Soldat Communities dedicated in helping each other with Soldat software problem issues!
Imagin a world where we actually pay those 9 buks and make michal rich! (Yea right!!!).

All of that would be nice though, but it's a long way off from happening. The community needs to be lead more in certain directions, and the creator of Soldat is too distant a person to flock his sheep.

Most of those can be done, but people don't. I try to cooperate with teams and use all weapons whenever possible, but, like Swazo said,it would be great if we had a Hall of Fame.

Hall of fame eh... simple solution to that. Get Styx to create a new section for a forum called that.

Then anyone can go in there, slap in a post, and have people ask what so and so were remembered for. With thorough monitoring by mods of course.

Why are you taking it so personal? It was only a joke, How would that be insulting? I was'nt attacking germans at all. And I find the comment about Americans not being up on history very offensive, history is my favoroute subject, especialy WW2. Every chance I get I like to learn more about history. I still dont see at all how my comment was offensive to Germans. IT's not like Germans were the only ones with dictators in power

Thats where I was substituting "n00b" in. It was also a joke. And I got the impresion that everything would be more team oriented so freelance would be harder to do, But I never said that it would be forbidden.

The Hall of Fame idea is not exactly what you think of..
I meant Hall of fame for winners in leagues and tournies.
For example SCTFL, ESL, TNL, 1v1 Deathmatch tournies. and so on..

I don't get it, why is the Hall of Fame idea so surprising and amazing to you?
I mean I already suggested it for the SCTFL, and I took it from the first time they made it.
Besides I also come from a personal point of view, like if you have a specific aim and objective you will do stuff inorder to achieve it.
And if you make ppl behave inorder to achieve what they want (be in the hall of fame) then you might have hope for a better community.

I personaly like the Guilds idea better. :)
It will create alot of veriety in the community, Guilds can be responsible for their players and make them behave properly (otherwise they get kicked).
All of the above are actually ways to make ppl care about how they behave, just like in real life.

And yes I do need to get laid, but then again , I'm a man so this doesnt come as a surprise.

You can't get rid of jerks ,They exist to make us know how sportsmen look like , so having a world empty from those guys is impossible..
