A long time ago before even the first of my mods was released, I was directed to a Modding Guide which explained the basics, and I remember it being useful and pertinent to mods that involved resizing images of guns... outlining and all that. If you know what I mean. A bit of research indicates that it was made by Meandor, which is more evidence that he, in fact, rules.

It seems to have vanished when the Soldat forums changed hosts... I have no idea where to find it now. Help?

It is very old, so I unstickyfied it with the intention of updating it. Then I forgot :P
