Californian juries also tend to be unpredictable. I thought that the mother's testimony did not help the prosecution's case at all. They should not have introduced the first charge.

He will get what he deserves one way or another if he really does what he was charged with, I mean if it was my kid I would have already broken into his house and snapped his tiny little neck.
