If you've heared of things like AMX mod for counterstrike you know what i mean, but is there a way i can get text to show up in like the middle of the screen like the "You killed yourself" text at the bottom, but for like other events. Like headshots, or things like that. Even just random stuff, thanks

nope. those messages are all stored client side and are displayed on events that are detected from the client, for example kills, double kills, triple kills... etc. I don't believe these can be modified server-side at all
