I've noticed some servers have their greeting message that appears more than one line, how can I do this for my server?

E.g, something that will look like this:

[Server Message] Welcome
[Server Message] Welcome #2

i reckon config.exe would do the the job

config.exe only allows 1 line, is there some special unicode or line breaking code to make a second line?

use the latest server (2.2.9)
it has a server.ini config file where you can set 2 more greeting message lines
