So I was wondering, is it a bug that I die and kill with 1 nade (from full health)?

Hmm did you read right or is it i that have wrong?

can harm or kill a couple of enemy's at once.

on realistic one nade can kill.

on normal mode too.. if u step on a nade u die. also if someone throws a nade at u from below.
what I do is throw nades in front of running dudes.. ;) steppy steppy, owie owie.
