My soldat game has spontaniously stopped working on my computer! Every time I try to load it, it closes before its finished loading. Ive tried re-installing, un-installing then re-installing, re-downloading, but nothing works. I can no longer play soldat on my computer. What can I do to fix it?

Have you uninstalled then rebooted your computer?To make sure the registry changes?And deleted the entire soldat folder manually?
Or maybe try clicking 'force software' in the config.
I think I've had that problem.

What have you done recently (e.g. installed a new video card, new program, etc.)?

Soldat is the most recent thing I had installed on that computer.

Try reinstalling DirectX to see if that solves the issue.

try going to start-> run -> type in dxdiag
run the tests there. thatll show you if directX is working....
