To be technical...that's definitely a book, because in the middle(of the 2 pages) and at the top, you can see that the fold is still present, and that is above the "cleavage" so there wouldn't be the fold on a normal pair of "breasts"

Definitely the book, on the left side...the top and bottom of it are much lighter then the rest...this is because the back cover of the book is hanging down lower then the rest of the pages, and the top page on the left isn't folding quite as far as the rest...

Everybody should know, a dress is symmetrical and therefore would have no differences between the left breast holder, and the right breast holder...but there is, so it ain't a pair o' boobies.
