In my time playing Soldat, I've noticed that the barret sniper rifle is completely useless for close combat. If your enemy gets too close the bullet will go right through without causing damage, the bullet spawns behind the enemy.

Bink and lag. Deal with it.

it doesnt spawn behind them. if you're "too close" then you're on top of eachother. move back a step and there you go.
