i was messing around with a minigun on b2b. After i grabbed the flag i realised that my i cant use my minigun to fly over the top of b2b anymore bc it seems that i got hevier

I dont think it adds any weight.

I heard it does, just a tiny little bit so you'll run a tad slower with the flag.

it does actually add a little bit of weight, just enough to have the minigun not be able to propel you by itself.

it should in realistic

runners should be slower so enemys can catch up to em

Flag DO makes you heavier.. The feature's been there since 1.1.5 at least. And it applys to both Realistic mode and normal mode.

sounds like halo 2...it would be a good idea to implement

Sigh its already there,,, flag does make you weigh more you cannot fly as high when you have teh flag or run as fast do to the added weight

i never noticed this, think its a good thing thats on the game though, makes it somewhat more 'realistic' (if you could put it like that).. anyhow, just m79 jump and you can grab and then cap a flag easy and quickly :)

I always noticed that, how I'm running with the flag, and barretards catch up to me all the time. I just bink 'em and run away.

I never noticed, never thought about the flags weight but it probably has little or no effect in the game.

Didn't realise it either until now. Always seemed to stay on the ground more when I had it...

Do the primary and seconday weapons and nades add weight?

No; the images could be modded to be outrageously humongous, so the weight wouldn't work with most mods. Just the flag.

Am I the only one who noticed that?

the flag must be a very small difference that it's not noticeable. But i guess it makes a bit of a difference. I usually recall running the same speed with the flag,so, it doesn't really bother me. But someone said that you can't propel yourself with the minigun. Could be a "check" to the minigun's "power".
