How much throughput ,,make,, soldat network game. For example 4 players on 10 Mbs LAN - can this game ,,pull down,, global network performance?

well like any cross network game soldat, when configured to be played over your network, uses your resouces. but certainly not to the tune of 10Mbits.

i personally dont know exact numbers but if you want an idea of how much you're using:
in you're in win XP:
in the task manager click on networking tab -> and you'll get a pretty graph showing you the traffic load on your network card.

if you're in linux:
you can run a tcpdump on the port that soldat is using. i forget how to actually do this, and theres probably better ways. i think all linux distros have some resource monitor that you can use to look at the levels of your traffic load.

4 players on a network will use under 10 kilobytes per second of traffic.
10-12 will use 15-20 kilobytes per second
