Um...Here it goes...(I never know how to start these things out...maybe I should open with a joke next time.) I was thinking, noone likes the annoying vote boxes to pop up and distract you in the middle of a particularly dangerous flag raid, (or other equally tense battle situations,) so my idea is this: Any vote-poll-box-thing should wait until your next respawn to appear on your screen. It could even be a personal option come to think of it. Yes, it would take longer for things to get voted on, but they might be given more thought, and cutting down on mid-battle distractions is a definite plus.
