Let me see if I understand, you are supposed to "Surf" all along the slope?

I suppose it is similar to the Ski Jump map

Despite the fact that the custom tex is missing (stonewall.bmp, I viewed it with my oldcastle.bmp which looks quite the same) and it needs shading + the ctf version is definitely not suited for ctf.
