oh well I try to host my own soldat server (downloaded it from soldat.pl, the soldat server 2.2.9). It says it add itself to the lobby server but other's can't connect nor find it in the lobby server. If needed I will post the soldat.ini. I hope you can help me. I also have a router which could be the problem, and in that chase I'd like to know how to portforward the server ports. My Modem(box) is Telewell TW-EA400.
I'd be happy if u could help.

you may notice that your comp tries to reconnect to the lobby server every 4min. on the dot, no?

are you sure you checked on Internet and not Lan ?

I am almost sure you need to change this:

Port=13073
JoinPort=13073

To at least this:

Port=13073
JoinPort=13083

I could be mistaken.

ok I've changed it to that what u said (13073/13083) and forwarded all ports it tells me in that link u gave me and the ports 13073 and 13083 but still noone can connect :( :'(

those 2 should be the same , the file port will open automaticly
even tho it seems like you did everything correctly , you might wanna check it out again , be sure you router's ports are open , the .ini looks fine .
some isp's do not allow this kind of connection's , ive seen it before check also with them .

I have Sonera as ISP and I could host things when I had my last modem... a modem with just one connection(to my comp)... I could take a screen of the router-page...

127.0.0.1? Shouldn't this IP be the one of your computer. 127.0.0.1 Is the localhost adress. It would lead to the modem if I am correct. Try finding out the IP of your computer by doing this:
start -> run -> "cmd" -> "ipconfig"

It should have your IP there, try to fill that in :)

try using a port other than 13073 and 13083, 13073 is used to connect to the lobby server and may cause issues

what ports you put in soldat.ini ? cause i see u got 13073 and 23083
open 25050 and 25060 and in the ini put 25050 ,

kewl u need to open 25060 to , turn the ase off its not workin anyway , terll me if this changes work for you
