Yeah when people try to download my map it does not let them download it... like my friend tried and it had something wrong....

Does he has a firewall/router? If he does, then tell him to forward the port 23083.

well its not just him others can't either and he dowloaded other maps before???

you (the server owner) need to forward port 23083 to your server computer. read the stickies (this is at least the 3rd time ive told you to read them)

it's also possible that your ping is ??? in the lobbies. ask your friend if this is the case.
