Reka.bmp broken

In Gostek-gfx, it seems reka.bmp is wrong. The reka.bmp from the Ranny folder is in its place. Reka2.bmp is fine, though.

I reinstalled Soldat, and the problem's still there, so unless I got a bum download or something...

Somebody do me a favor and confirm this.

In gostek folder, open reka2.bmp and edit it to go upside down and save it as reka.bmp. That does it.

No, that doesn't work. reka2.bmp is corrupt - check the file size - just copy reka.bmp and reverse it, after deleting reka2.bmp, then rename "Copy of reka.bmp" "reka2.bmp". I've lived with the problem.

I did that before I even posted this topic, and it worked.

I just don't know how the F I managed to go for this long without noticing. Wow. I mean, I thought something looked odd, but I never bothered to check the files.

Reka.bmp is the forearm while facing right.

No, reka is the waist if I remember correctly.

You don't. R#281;ka means arm. And there is one more intersting thing: reka2.bmp (the correct one) is not corrupt, but is the only sprite in the whole game that uses 8-bit indexed palette instead of 24-bit RGB (That's why it's so relatively big)
