I think server message should be displayed in server console (to be visible for admins). This is relavant on servers where multiple admins are available. Also i think all data sent to server should be visible for other admins (this requires re-sending data, but is a must for admins also i think. This way a main admin could see the others' actions and such.
I'm pleased to see that team chat messages are sent to server console, but that's not enough imho :)
