Can someone tell me what it is?

What's wrong wtih it? Give some more detail.

A picture? What exactly is supposed to be the problem. Tell us instead of leaving us to guess.

Sometimes a med-pack or grenade box will crumble inwards. It's an inexplicable bug that cropped up only once during beta testing. Treat it as a card-board box that got stepped on.

The kit is rather multicolored, and this happened more than once. Sometimes when I walk away from it, it disappears for a while - then, when I come back, it reappears... >_>

It is a sign, Yet we have to find out what it means...

Perhaps the fact that this kit has got a lot more corners than the usual 4 could point out a more-sided soldat expirience. Meaning a lot of new tactics and play will be found. This would be a rather positive look at it.

For all we know, the fact it is quite messed up and ugly coloured means a dark age for soldat. Games will not become more fun as we hoped them to be and soldat will be stuffed with idiots.

Yet after some more thinking I believe I found the real meaning. Soldat is buggy and needs fixing!

Um, Am I supposed to be looking at that lighter gray box? What's wrong with it?

It's a powerup of some kind, and its probably an issue with the mod he's using.
