i dont know why but now soldat says: map "" not found.
can anybody tellme why?

Have you tried making a second attempt at joining the server? That usually causes it to download for me if it didn't the first time.

No need to make 2 topics! Maybe the server isn't entirely set up yet. The settings could be so auto map download is off.

Sometimes it does this. Or it says 'Could Not Download Map File'. Buit the evil thing is, u have to re-download most of ur stuff... even the maps that u already have....it's wierd.

make sure that you have the map names correct in mapslist.txt. map names are case-sensitive on linux

ive tried second attempts and it still doesnt work...sometimes

try instaling 1.3 in a different folder... i never trust patches, and you only loose a little bit of time downloading the full version.
