Okay don't flame me for this please, i've searched the forum but it doens't seem to mention about this...

I downloaded some custom maps which are in the format of .PMP... but i see the map formats are .PMS... I suspect PMP is an older version of soldat's map, so i dunno what to do..

I tried renaming the .PMP to .PMS but when i try to play the map it says it can't load texture and read beyond end of file, blah blah blah and it freezes with the violation message :( Can anyone help me please, i really want to play some new custom maps.
