Will it be an option with the new map maker to open old maps and re-save them to be playable with the new soldat? Anyone heard?

yea think about it. if he had a program that converted them, why would he have remade them all for 1.1?
unless the prog didnt get made yet

probably not. i remember a post by michal saying that converting the maps takes a long time so i would think that he had to recreate them all.
