I've got 1.3 and all was well but out of nowhere, I noticed that I no longer have and special weapons. No cluster nades, flamegod, vest....ect. I've tried the frequency rate (5) but still nothing. Not too sure what else I would need to do. I checked the files and I see that the spc. weapons are all there, the game is just not doing anything with em. Any suggestions?

Ensure that you are playing on a map with special weapon spawn points.

yeah, I am. I reinstalled 1.3 and indeed, the special weapons showed up. But then after a little while, they disappear again. Its really annoying. I think the special weapons give alot new depth to the game but right now, its not working.
