Well, I started to make the site of my clan, but, I really need

Some flash effect would fit fine, but I're teh noob with it, maybe
someone can help me with that, zoldat? vijchti?, or someone else :p

Should I remove/add something? how does it look?, plz ideas/help

I like it all excpet for that skull on the right. ;(
