um whne you dowload mod when you open da file wha do you do?

Okay, first u copy the mod folder into the soldat 'mods' folder. (UNRAR THE MOD FIRST)

Make sure the name of the mod folder is one word, for example if the folder was called Metal Gear, you change it to MetalGear.

Now create a new text document

Type this in:
soldat.exe -mod *

exit

Leave the space between the first line and exit. Replace * with the name of the mod folder, ie: MetalGear.

Save the file as whatever you want to call it. Make sure you type the name of the file like so:
*.bat
Again, replace * with the name of the mod.
Make sure you select all files instead of text document and then click save. Make sure ur saving it in ur root soldat directory.

Run the .bat file. a small screen should popup and then the normal soldat program will start.

There should be a .TXT included in it (almost all mods carry one). That has instructions on what to do with the files. You should have to replace some original files in the game, so if you want to revert back to the original make a backup (or use the Soldat\Mods folder which I still don't know how to work >.<).
