So, if you'd read the other topic of mine (CTF_Finale) you would have seen me mention my girlfriend making a map for herself. She doesn't play Soldat, but she loves the layout of the maps made and saw it as a challenge to her. She looked at some maps made by other people, figured out how to shade and make curves, and got to work for two days (About 4 hours of work, 2 hours both days :P) and came up with this map.

As a Soldat player, I think it's an AWESOME map for Deathmatches. I added in the spawn points, turrets and the like, as well as the flags for potential CTF/INF/HTF games, as well as point matches. The Rambo bow is in there as well for Rambo matches.

So this is the map she's made. It's not waypointed, as neither of us know how to do so (And if anyone could do that for us and upload the waypointed version...I'd be forever greatful ^_^), but the rest is all set up and ready to go! ^_^

The map is pretty sweet, it has a great original style which I like :)

You think so? Me too, actually...and that was just on her first try, too. I've been messing with map maker a few times before, she just has a more artistic mind then I do when it comes to this thing, lol.

I thought so too! She was going to actually delete that little loop thing outside of the map, but I thought it looked nicer being there, lol

Maybe it's strange, but the colours and shapes remind me the movie "Alien".

Damn...nice map for someone who doesn't even play the game, lol. I like the colors and layout.

Anyway. It looks cool, but it seems Alpha has a great place to hide the flag carrier, while blue don't have much.
I also don't like the background because it's too saturated. Other than that it's cool.

Yeah..ctf maps made like that makes it often unfair for one team =/..
