Hey im kinda new to the forums, I was browsing around and I saw a mod called something like ' Soldat Ultimate Mod ' and the dl' file is called ' sum ' - I dl'ed it but lost it so could someone direct me to it because I forgot where it is on the forums.

Im not entirley sure what its called but here are some of the features i read:

Chabgle Colours, You could edit the graphics (as in the resolution etc)
well it had lots of neat and useful tools in it..
