A quick google search for "ctf_fake" will lead you to Yowaimyu's map collection site, but for future reference, I would recommend using the [url="http://www.soldatforums.com/search.asp">Forum Search to look through the new maps section.

As for your second sentence, I'm guessing that you're asking where you tell people that you've created a new server, correct? That really isn't necessary because most people will just browse through the lobby server directly in the game. However, if you wanted to advertize it, make a thread in the Adverts Section.

I think the second sentence (if you'd class it as a sentence) was "Where do i place the files i download so they are accessible if I run a server?".

The answer to that question is put all the files with a .bsp file extension in the Maps subdirectory in your soldat directory. Everything with a .bmp extension will go in the Scenery-gfx subdirectory.
