I saw an option(or something else related to soldat) while playing soldat that has you choose if you want bulletime or not. I didnt even know there was bulletime, is there anyway to activate it or something?
I know, n00b question, sue me.

Bullet time is automatically activated when someone dies within visible range of all players.

Someone has to die and all the players on the server have to be near eachother.
