How to do a AIR back flip??????



please, a need to know that ...

Run BACKWARDS,jump and quickly jet.As simple as that.

You can't do mid-air backflips in soldat.

Thatd be a good dodging thing though :|

lol BURN :P i think i did a mid air backflip once but i think it was a bug caused by lag :(

mid air back flip rocks espically in ctf games, grab the flag and flip away, makes you harder to hit, and looks cool, oh and karmazon, the flip is new to 1.3 :D

Its awesome to dodge an m79 bullet comming right at you with mid air flip :Q

What's got me is, is when you actually do a backflip, do the bullets hurt, or even hit you?
Because I've seen some pretty funny backflip deaths :D

Yes it is. You can gain a lot of height with minimal jet loss that way, or run backwards faster (especially if you're a FC).

Thats the usefulness of the backflip...speed boost up in the air, plus if done with perfect timing, dodging bullets in slowmo looks sick.

The little Soldat guy looks as if he;s defying gravity... As I said before...

Run backwards and hold jump to jump off a ledge. Then press jets. If you didn't let go of the jump button, you should backflip in mid-air.

But if you also hold the move left/right key it acts weirdly...

that's not a pure mid-air backflip, I was talking about like you just jet up and all of a sudden you do a backflip completely in mid air, without touching any edges before or anything

yeah thats what i thought you guys were talking about. its not a mid air backflip its just the bakc flip, you got me all worked up and everything

Well I'm sorry my method isn't good enough for you.

I coulda swore I saw people shoot up too fast to get out the way of a knife or w/e if anyone knows we all should know dont be lame you might as well cheat :/

Theyre talking while in mid-air cheeseman; not after jumping, but already in the air.

I found a way to do it! The whole time it was so obvious, I don't know if it's a bug in the game design, or what, but I don't know why nobody realized it before.

Just press alt+F4.
