Problem with weapons (WM)

First off, HI!
I'm new to the forums, so don't bite my head off :)

Anyhoo, I'm working on a mod of my own, and I've found a small problem.

I've tweaked my weapons.ini file to make the weps more realistic, and doing SP tests on my comp it works beautifully. I then started to test on the public by hosting a server (Pimped Servizzle|UrT WM).
Now the problem is this, everyone gets exactly what I have set out in the ini file except the accuracy modifier. Yet I still get my accuracy changed, basically I wanted people to stop shooting the barret while flying on a map (really hard to do, try it with a real sniper rifle :p) so I greatly decreased it's movement accuracy:

[Barret M82A1]
Damage=420
FireInterval=145
Ammo=5
ReloadTime=180
Speed=550
BulletStyle=1
StartUpTime=0
Bink=80
MovementAcc=50

As you can see, this should make it nigh on impossible to hit someone if you are running and whoring *ahem*...using... the barret. When I run and fire it shoots at impossible angles (over 45 degrees). I also get this when I am hosting.
But somehow, the players on the server get EVERY damn mod except for the accuracy "bonuses"

Can someone fill me into why this is happening?

Anyone wishing to look at the ini file should send an e-mail, or MSN me. I'm always looking for more testers :)

Maybe it's too large? Try decreasing to the value.

edit :X

Nope, that can't be it.
I have other modded weapons remember? None of the weapons get accuracy decreasers.

some random loser, I would like to have a look at your mod. I run a realistic server, you think it's possible ?

I'm still beta testing btw, so I haven't finished (ie, started) the gfx.
