changing gostek-gfx reference point

i want to change the head of a bot to an aliens head, but because it's got a long extention behind the actual face i cant get the bot to turn around without streching its neck. i can solve the problem by make a big block of 'transperent green' but then the head is about 1/2 to the right of soldat's reference point, making aiming an action that causes strange decapitation.

any ideas (there may be an obvious solution but i started modding 2 hours ago)?

It is possible, though not reccomended - the ragdoll is editable with the POA editor, but then the modified animations will prevent soldat from running online.

thanks. where can i find a good guide to poa editor? i may be wrong but it seems to me that i can somehow change a point without having to change each frame of the animation...
