CS Mappack Version 3.1 *fixed and oilrig added*

Well finally this is done too :)
The major change in this one is that ALL polybugs have been fixed because of Polyworks' nice "Join Vertices" command and the bugfree compiling.

------------------( Counterstrike MAPPACK Version 3.0 --- Avarax )--------------------


This Mappack contains the following Maps, many custom scenerys and 1 custom texture.



ctf_cs_assault

This map offers the red team a small depot hall to conquer.
While the blue team has very nice lock up locations for it's base,
the red base has a truck with a healing pad in it.

No Bots

Changes:

-Red spawns placed slightly more to the right so they cant rush lower before blue is in position




ctf_cs_deagle5

Red and Blue are very balanced on this map since both sides are more or less equal,
although not mirrored. You fight in a hall completly filled with crates between
you can hide and camp, the upper route offers a fast way to reach the enemy base,
but be aware of enemy snipers there :)

ctf_cs_italy

This beeing my newest map is very detailled and fullfilled with scenerys.
Red and Blue fight each other in a rustical italian town. While Red has a height advantage,
Blue can reach the lower route faster and blue players can basecamp better since the base
is more open.

ctf_cs_office

Two grey office blocks face each other - the left one filled with the blue and the right one with the red team.
It's winter and the floor might be slippery so watch out ;)

-Moved Healing pad to a less overpowered location... go and find it ;)
-Snow is now everywhere outside, dont fall :D
-Secret added... beware, it might kill you in realistic...




ctf_cs_oilrig (by grand_diablo)

Fight on a rusty old oilrig, with many ways and funky smokestacks. But watch out, dont fall down into the sea,
there are evil sharks around ;D

ctf_de_aztec

An aztecian valley is the spot for a hot soldat battle on this map. Cornered by two temples,
the map offers 3 ways and there are 3 buildings.

ctf_de_cbble

A medival castle - and many bloodthirsty Soldats in it! While Red base owns a huge tower,
blue has more evil hidespots ;)

ctf_de_dust

In this map u run through a small beautifull arabian village with a hot sun burning your neck :)
This is the map i changed most from last version.

No Bots
Very Small

-Whole Map enlarged by 5% (gj, Polyworks :D)
-Added some kind of ceiling over the blue flag
-Optical improvements
-Spawns improved
-Nice sun consisting of about 70 scenerys over the map.




ctf_de_train

Fight your way through under or on the wagons in this old trainstation. While Blue holds
the main building of the station red can sneak it's way in there protected under the trains.

you cant be sure of that, quote from PolyWorks FAQ:

11. Are there poly bugs in maps made with PolyWorks?
In PolyWorks the "bouncy poly" bug has been eliminated (where polys would randomly turn bouncy along the edge after compiling). Poly bugs associated with vertices still occur, but they are easy to prevent with correct poly placement. Read the Map Maker Manual for more info.

ctf_cs_Italy seems to have problems about the waypoints -- they are shifted to right when I tried to open it with mapmaker
and also about the polygons -- soldats cannot stand on them (not compiled?)
please fix them

for ctf_de_dust, the sun pwns!!!111!!

Noo, we will not forget you Avarax. You made the best realistic maps out there.
And for those who want to play the maps, pay a visit to Realsoldats RSserver. It's RS though. (duh)
