The majority of the parties I go to are Raves. Some pictures: 2. Other than that it's house parties, or just going to Bars. Chilling in the park with a load of friends and getting high isn't really considered a party, but it's still good fun.

I hardly drink and when I do it's to enjoy myself, not to get drunk. I smoke weed at all of them, except for bars and I do "Happy Pills" at Raves only. In fact, I'm off to a Rave tonight, so yay.

On a related note, a good way to tell whether or not the police are doing their job in relation to the recent terror attacks in London is by the availability of drugs. At the moment there is a serious Ecstasy drought, and to some extent weed. At the last rave I went to, my group of friends and I were some of the lucky ones to get a hold of any E, and the word of who had any spread like the plague; people were desperate. According to one of my dealers, the reason for this is that the police are searching items coming into the country far more thoroughly for bombs, etc, which means they are finding more drugs.quote: I dont smoke at allGood, don?t start. Edit: Most of the DJ's playing at the Raves are resident DJ's, so you wouldn't know them. The one I mainly go to has 3 rooms; one has a funkier beat to it (they play Prodigy mixed with other stuff), the other Progressive Trance, and the last really chilled music.

Anyways, gtg now.

Oh and by the way, LAN parties are the bestest. ONE DOES NOT SIMPLY SHARE PORN AT RAVES

Anyways last night one of my roommates from my apartment comes in at like 2:30 AM and about 20 seconds later I hear a loud smash, he completly smashed a glass light covering on the wall with his head(it was like an inch thick glass). He was really drunk I guess which is strange on a Sunday and even weirder that he told me and the rest of my room mates to not drink to much the last time we were drinking. Then another few minutes later I guess he was trying to clean up and he (Please refrain from swearing)ing vomitted everywhere xD. There was vomit on the walls and floor and on my door and a new poster we just put up :( So yea our hall was full of blood glass and puke, (and crap but thats a different story), which we now have to explain to the don on our floor. So now he has to pay for a new light and potentially have the walls painted :O
Yea hes kind of a weirdo anyways >.<

Anyways the moral of the story is if you go to University stay in residence funny things happen >.<

You're kidding, right? I'm not trying to hate on you here HHH..I just found that a very interesting statement. I drink, and I smoke...but I would much rather tell someone to smoke a bowl than to take up drinking. And by smoke, I mean pot, ganga, reefer...whatever you want to call it. Cigs are just nasty death sticks manufactured to promote addiction and shortened life spans. But telling someone to drink instead of smoking...I simply can't agree with.

Just look at the numbers. How many people do you hear about getting drunk and beating their spouses, their kids, or other family members? How many times do you hear about kids at college drinking themselves to death? Not to mention the plethora of bad stuff associated with the lack of control that comes with being drunk, in which car crashes alone have claimed far too many lives.

How many people have died from smoking too much pot? None. Proven fact. Undoubtably someone people smoking pot must have gotten into a car crash or two, and every crowd has its bad seeds. But all in all, stoners are more likely to sit on your couch, eat your food, and play your video games than they are to get violent. The same can't be said of alcohol. Mind you, each person is different in terms of tolerance...we have lighweights and we have heavyweights in terms of either smoking or drinking, to the point where some people should refrain from one or the other, or both. The story is that much more confusing when you look at people who have problems with multiple substances.

And please..don't try to shout "cancer, cancer!" at me...you can kill the brain and lungs with smoking, you can kill the brain and liver with drinking. It's a shame there hasn't been more research into the long term effects of smoking the doja. Yet, neither is the winner in that case, and health benefits shouldn't even come into the equation when thinking about one over the other.

Now that I've dragged this topic horribly off course...I'll return to the main point :D

Parties for me are moderation..a lil smoke, a lil drinking, a lil dancing. Preferably with good food and good friends to mix in with the lot. Sprinkle some lively tunes and an atmosphere to match over the top, and you have a good party imo. Wine>beer>shots/mixed drinks.

What does cider count at I tried some Strongbow today and it was pure awesome I would rank it the top of the list after a White Russian

Best drinking tip ever.
2x 1 dcl Stock 84(38%) without ice. Drink it in one gulp. 15 minutes apart. Wait 10 minutes then start drinking bambus. 2/1 wine/coca cola mixture. And after a few of that have 15 minute breaks for a joint. Then just repeat.
The thing is the stock prepares your system for alcohol. You don't even feel the wine. Your stomach doesn't have any complaints. It's awesome :>
But drinking wine alone you can't drink half as much and you throw up eventually. Btw, starting with too much Stock can easilly make you throw up too. That order works for me ;p
You fall asleep in 5 minutes, everything spins but the stomach is fine. Just the whole next day you have a weird feeling and a huge headache. But it's worth it :>

I don't party, suprizing I know... despite the fact I don't believe in drinking or smoking, I don't know if I inherited my dads low tolerance for everything... plus the fact that I would really be the shame of my family, due to being told its wrong all my life, my dad and other guys I know telling me stories about drugs and drinking(bad ones), and the fact that I have built enough trust with my parents that I can stay out till 2 in the morning and they don't really get too mad, just as long as they know where I am, and if I got caught parting that means I have to restart builting 18 years of trust back.
