I changed some of the weapons stats and now i want to try them. Its just that i have checked most FAQ's and still i dont know where i should put the file. Please help me with a simple question!

Weapons.ini goes right in your regular old Soldat base directory. Probably C:/Soldat, unless you specified differently while you were installing.
