Whenever I click Apply on my SSCC, it says the config was saved, but once I open up Soldat, the config goes back to what it was before. I'm applying it to configuration settings and everything, but recently it just stopped working.

If you are registered, then you must select the configuration settings for your current profile. Otherwise, you aren't doing it right.
