(maybe bad english :D)

I downloaded soldatserver237 it's full of I don't know what :D ... I put the maplist .... then I put Scenery-gfx and Textures still don't work ?? :S

if your server is linux, then when editing mapslist.txt you have to make sure of 2 things:
1) make sure the CaSe is correct
2) make sure there is not an extra blank line at the end of the mapslist.txt file

also:
-make sure you don't include the .pms in the map names in mapslist.txt
