I just reformatted my computer again, so I installed soldat and tried to run it but it kept giving me dll errors. Anyone know how to fix the problem? I'll get a screenshot of it once I reinstall photoshop again (Can't save .gif files in paint cause I got windows 98).

Erm, you can save gifs with MS-Pain on Win 98. At least i can.

you can save them as jpeg in paint in 98 im sure.

yes you need at least dx 8.1 and compatable video drivers as lapis says.

I updated the directx to 9 and I have no idea about my video card since this computer is old and they probely don't distibute updates now. Where do you check it fro the video card info?

EDIT: Reinstalled photoshop, i'll get the picture in a minute..

Go to "run", then type "dxdiag". Click ono the "Display" tab and post what it says in the part labeled "Device" (or just post a screenshot).

I firgured out the problem that theres a error in the direct3d 8 part. Anyone know how to fix it?
