How exactly do i make a weapon? I'm not sure if it's said somewhere else. But anway do you just draw one on like paint or something?

Check Soldat\weapons-gfx, Soldat\Sfx, Soldat\Interface-gfx\Guns, and Soldat\weapons.INI. And the various FAQs here can't hurt.

no no no, i don't want to know how to get all those sounds and stuff. Right now i just want to know how to make the shape and stuff for the gun. All I want to do is change how they look

so i actually draw them while im in those folders?

You just draw them in MS Paint or whatever and then save them to the appropriate folder.

... that's basically what I posted.

Edit the original images. Soldat won't take in new imagery except for scenery for maps. The -1s indicate the weapon when it is facing the left (reverse the image vertically).
