Well, I'm spanish and other players tell me that this is the reason because I have too much ping, but I type F1 and see player ping number and... ehem, but always moderator kick me...!!!

Well, you are probably being automatically Ping Kicked.
Ping Kick is a new feature of 1.1.0+.
Ping Kick is evil.

ping kick sucks. i mean, it kinda makes broadband compulsory, and thats not fair for those like me who havent got the godly connection fitted in their area!

pingkick is a good addition to v1.1.x but the way it monitors your ping needs to be looked at IMHO.

I would disagree...
You see, a lot of people play Soldat over other games because they can't play anything else over the net without WAY too much lag.
So Soldat is good coz it *should* require a less speedy net connection.
And thus, Ping Kick doesn't belong in Soldat at all...
Funny thing is that the only people that like it have super fast net connections (and even some of them don't like it!)
So... That's my opinion anyway
