When I change modify my weapons(like chaging amunt of ammo and bullet type) it dose not work when I go in the game. Am I not doing somthing. All I do is change them and exit the window and play the game.

you need to save the ini file and close notepad before starting a game.

Did you save it to weapons.ini?
If not you'll need to type
/loadwep your mod name
When runnign your server :)
