HOW DO I CHANGE THE TASKBAR COLOUR, I DONT KNOW HOW TO MAKE IT BLACK :(

go to your loacal hardware store. buy a roll of electrical take. apply to desired area.

lol you can only set it to green (eww) blue (cool) and/or silver (cool) right click the desktop go to properties apperance and set it as you wish

You can....set it to Windows Classic and then change the color.

Or download another theme

I myself use Stardock's WindowBlinds to customize my desktop and shell and whatnot beyond what Windows XP comes with. Stardock makes a whole bunch of other customization programs too, like Object Desktop (which puts a Mac OSX-style quick-launch menu on your desktop) and BootSkin (which lets you change the Windows boot screen).

Once you've got WindowBlinds installed, you can head over to WinCustomize to download themes from a library of over 3500 skins. They've got skins and stuff for a whole bunch of other programs too.

I had a nice purple themed task bar, and it was futured by Nvidia, very cool, but I changed it to green cuz i got tired of it.

sry peeps i feel stupider then jebushuinter now :(
