Note, I can't do wall runs yet, but I'm getting there. The video above barely qualifies as freestyle walking.

It was a bit more entertaining than Parkour..

I remember a friend of mine who did this...I was actually curious about it until I actually saw him do it. He even bought the shoes for it, with grind plates under the arch of the foot? Yea...that was a fun afteroon :/

I tried some FW during gym class today, when we were running on the track. I did a 360 over a wooden chair in the 2nd lane, almost breaking it, then did some fence running. IE: Getting my foot purposely stuck in the fence, then jettisoning off. I need practice.
