hi i am a beginner hoster and i host a server using Soldat Dedicated Server 1.3 beta (v2.3.7) and Soldat Admin 1.2 for Windows.
I can host a server but i cant set respawn time to 3 seconds, i host a CTF server

could one of you guys help me by showing ways how to change the respawn time to 3 sec
