Hello all, i just created a bot(btw it's my first time creating bots)
and i am having trouble implementing my bot into the game!
can somone please help me? Thanks

Lets see, first i created a bot with the bot creator, saved him, went
to soldat to find him(the bot) then when i found him (on the bot list) i checked him. And finally once i got ontu my game he did not come on.

If you check other bots with it, do they appear?

This happened to me. Did you make your bots by hand? Open the botfile in Notepad and check to see if you spelled any of the commands wrong. Also read the stickies for more information.

Yeah, i tried but i can not seem to find it in notepad, i will continue

No problem. But to open it in notepad, go through My Computer to your Soldat/Bots folder, open Notepad, then drag your file into Notepad. It should open. Or, in Notepad's "Open" box, there should be a little list at the bottom labeled "Files of Type." Click the little arrow, and select "All Files" and you should see your bot file. Happy Botmaking.

Ummm yeah, okay i did what you said Lord but the problem is that whenever i go into(start game)i check off my bot then i start, but when i get on, he is not there!(that's my problem not to bother you lol ;)

#1. The edit button is your friend.
#2. Use =s, not :s.
#3. Put a [BOT] at the top of the file.
#4. If problems continue, use the botmaker. It's a little less buggy than your hand, and if it messes up, you can blame whoever made it!

No what i mean is. Even if i use the bot maker it does not work!!! =(

stop spamming. it is HIGHLY annoying.
where are you putting the bot files?
