in a map i believe you want those blocker polgizonal things. as i have never made a map i cannot say.
in a game. not possible. use a teammate ;p

actually i think a forcefield thing is possible. i believe it was in the supermod by rambo_6

Yes, but it doesn't deflect bullets, it kills people. There's no option to create colliders.

oh I see. i was thinking of the implications of the name.
i suppose it's for the best, otherwise we would have crappy shields like in CS:CZ
