When I host a server, Dedicated or not. it pings at ??? and no one can join. I am on DSL and no firewalls are up, I believe there is a router built into my DSL modem could this be causing it and if so any help on fixing it?.(I can give exsact model if needed) Please help :(

I have tried Forwarding ports, I have 23073 and 23083 forwarded in both TCP and UDP. and forwarded the ase scanner ports. still same result.

Well it's a port forwarding problem, so yes a router in your DSL modem would be a problem. It's a router issue though, and not a soldat issue, so you'd have to read the manual dealing with your router. When you click your server on the lobby server, what port does it connect to?

it connects to 23073.

Edit, I looked in my Soldat.ini for my server and I noticed [NETWORK]
Port=23073
JoinPort=23334.... The joinport number. Should i forward this one as well?... I tried forwarding it and still no go.

Edit: I Enabled DMZ as well. still no go.

Nope, JoinPort= is the last port on which you have played.
