Well, I've been looking all over the internet for hours now, trying to find the potitical viewpoints of Liberals and Conservatives on US Foreign policy and Budget/Taxes. So far, I've found no lead. Is there a political buff out here that can explain their viewpoints to me?

Wikipedia isn't a source you'll want to "use" (include in your bibliography) but it can give you a good start... look for the words like "taxes" on these pages.

If you're just doing a straight Google search you'll turn up tons of useless crap. Find some good encyclopedia-type reference sites and search those.
