I'm working on textures for my mod. I'm looking over the internet, taking the easy way. However I do not want to infringe upon anyones copyright rules. For my texture below I took it from this website:

My question is as long as I give credit to the author in my mod readme, and wherever else needed will it be okay to use his pictures as textures.

His site is for some star wars models and they work pretty well as textures. It says as long as it is for personal use only it is ok, is this counted as personal? I'm not making any money so I do not think its counted as resale. Please Inform me on the issue, thanks!

Seems pretty hunky dory. Probably as you said, the mod isn't commercial or anything, so you should be fine. The only real thing I can think of is to rip him an email, just to make sure.
