The better players games revolve solely around clans, (mostly)

many clans also have channels on IRC, at least the best known do (usually on Quakenet)

To find "open" clans that are currently recruiting, check the clan section of these forums.

Get better at soldat and try out for RS clans or Normal Clans like DS and N8V, Sl, Deth maybe?, SM. BUt if you want one of those clans that always loses CWs and all that kinda stuff....then look for the clans that say NEW recruting now!.... HEre clans
