has the lobby server been released? i'v seen a few site that have the lobby server on it but i cant find a place to get it. if someone has any info on it could they please tell me.

Depends on what you mean by lobby servers. There are actual real lobby mirros that can be used with Soldat and then there are more simple mirrors like mine (http://ircquotes.blaffnet.de/lobby.php).

If you want to host a real lobby backup like selfkill does, contact Michal Marcinkowski about it.
Remember that you need a stable server.
